We will pass the Golden Horn and arrive in Patriarchate (in Fener). It was the hearth of Orthodox Christianity. You will go to the inside of the patriarchate. Our tour guide will give you information about it. Then, we will go to our next destination.

Church of Panagia of Blachernae will be our next destination. It is located near to the Golden Horn. This place is famous for the holy water. People believe that the water can be good for the health. After that, we will go to the Kariye Museum.

We will go to the St. Savior in Chora (Kariye Museum). You will see a lot of important things in the museum. And also, our tour guide will tell you about things that you will see in the museum. After visiting in the Kariye Museum, we will go to the Zeyrek Mosque.

Our next destination will be the Pantocrator (Zeyrek Mosque). This complex is one of the best-organized complexes in the Byzantine period. There are two churches, baths, medical school, hospital and hotel for travelers in the Pantocrator. We will go to Fethiye Mosque after the Zeyrek Mosque visiting.

We will go to the Church of St. Mary Pammacaristos (Fethiye Mosque). You will be able to go to the inside of the church. Our tour guide will tell you about everything related to the church. After the church trip, we will go to our next location.

We will go to the Zoodochos Pege at Balikli. There is a huge underground cistern in the Zoodochos Pege. You will be able to see everything and also you can ask questions about this place.

Our next destination will be the St. Sergius & Bacchus. Today it is known as Little Hagia Sophia. You will able to go to the inside of the Little Hagia Sophia.

After the Little Hagia Sophia visiting, we will go to the Hagia Eirene. This church is located next to Little Hagia Sophia. Our the last destination will be the Hagia Sophia Museum.

We will walk to the Hagia Sophia Museum (known as Santa Sophia). You will go to the inside of the Hagia Sophia Museum. Our tour guide will give you information about everything that you will see in the museum.

Patriarchate in Fener

Church of Panagia of Blachernae

This church is located in Fatih county. It lies a hundred meters inside the walled city. Church of Panagia of Blachernae is protected by high city walls. And also, there is a huge garden in the church.

St. Savior in Chora (Kariye Museum)

Kariye Museum is one of the most visited touristic places in Istanbul. So many foreign and native people visit this place. Because of its history, people come to visit here. In the Byzantine period, this place used as a church. After the Istanbul era, this place changed into the mosque.
